Marketing and Business Development Department
The Marketing Department aims to add value to the agricultural sector by identifying and meeting the needs and desires of the final consumer. We work to address the challenges faced by farmers in particular and the agricultural market in general, finding appropriate solutions. We also develop marketing strategies for both digital and traditional marketing, which help support sales management.
We closely monitor our market share and work to grow it through continuous evaluation of the solutions and services we provide, as well as ways to improve them through market research and studies. We analyze them to create marketing studies that include an analysis of the marketing mix elements, helping us determine the competitive advantages of targeted products, and develop marketing plans while studying the return on investment for these markets and products.
We aim to highlight our industrial and agricultural capabilities by developing our brands to reflect the real value and contribution that Al-Jabali Agricultural Group offers in agricultural consulting and solutions both locally and internationally.
Additionally, we focus on establishing and strengthening our partnerships and alliances, and supporting our agents in foreign markets. We also work on enhancing our public relations with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Industrial and Commercial Chamber, agricultural associations, bodies, and organizations, as well as the local agricultural community and the media. This is done through constant communication, joint visits to our agricultural fields, and guiding awareness and instructional campaigns for farmers. We also ensure our participation in local and international exhibitions to help promote and strengthen our brand in achieving the overall goals of the group.
